Microsoft Operator Connect
Microsoft Operator Connect allows you to choose your preferred Carrier operator for PSTN calling directly from your Microsoft Teams admin center. Service providers and carriers then receive lead notifications from Microsoft in the Live Platform. Alternatively, your provider or reseller may directly instigate a new lead from the Live Platform. Once the lead is created and Live Platform license assigned and upgraded to OC Essentials Plus or OC Pro, you can use the Service Portal to manage your M365 tenant users, performing actions such as applying Teams Calling policies to individual M365 tenant users, create LifeCycle Management templates and then attach them to Azure Security groups, or add new SIP Connections to your SIP trunk or IPPBX.
